Ready to Rock is back!

The Ready to Rock program is open to all youth ages 8 to 16 and will accommodate up to 2700 participants in over 28 curling clubs across Alberta. Ready to Rock starts with a FREE Try-It Event where participants will be instructed by some of Alberta’s most fun & energetic curling instructors.

An 8-week Learn to Curl program will follow the Try-It Event, where participants will receive 90 minutes of curling instruction per week. The programs require separate registration; please use the links below. Curling Alberta has capped our registration at 32 participants, so register now to ensure your spot!

Harvestfest Dinner 2024

Don't forget to get your tickets for our annual Harvestfest Dinner, a joint event hosted by the Carstairs Curling Club and Ag Society. You can scan the QR code or visit this link: https://events.frontdoor.plus/event/882 to get your tickets.  $40/ticket or a table of 8 for $300.  This celebration of harvest and community is a fundraiser with proceeds going to maintenance and upgrades of the curling club building; a facility used year round for community events, 4H, group meetings and of course curling.

Doors will open at 5pm and dinner at 6pm.  Dinner will be traditional roast beef with all the fixings and an ice cream sundae bar for dessert.  The bar will be open and there will be 50/50, a silent auction and live music by Moon Glow!
